FIT4FoF: Italian pilot action launched

MESAP started the Italian pilot action together with the Danish partners of UCN – University College of Northern Denmark. This phase sees the direct involvement of a number of members and is based on the learning design process called ICoED – Industrial Collaborative Educational Design, a methodology developed within the FIT4FoF project by colleagues at UCN. It is a co-design method that facilitates the design of learning activities through 3 phases and 8 steps, using specific tools and techniques. The methodology brings together the following actors: employee, trainer, employer and process facilitators to co-develop training activities dedicated to pilot companies in response to the upskilling and reskilling needs of the workforce in the transition to Industry 4.0.
