FIT4FoF: Italian pilot action launched
MESAP started the Italian pilot action together with the Danish partners of UCN – University College of Northern Denmark. This phase sees the direct involvement of a number of members and is based on the learning design process called ICoED – Industrial Collaborative Educational Design, a methodology developed within the FIT4FoF project by colleagues at UCN. It is a co-design method that facilitates the design of learning activities through 3 phases and 8 steps, using specific tools and techniques. The methodology brings together the following actors: employee, trainer, employer and process facilitators to co-develop training activities dedicated to pilot companies in response to the upskilling and reskilling needs of the workforce in the transition to Industry 4.0.
BOOST4BSO: Testing with Business Support Organisations is underway
April will see the start of a series of appointments dedicated to local and regional institutions (BSO – Business Support Organisations) to test and validate the capacity building programme developed by the Boost4BSO consortium to support SMEs in the transition to Industry 4.0. During these appointments the methodologies and mechanisms will be illustrated, followed by gaming sessions for practical learning. After the summer, the piloting phase will start with the companies, which will have at their disposal a carnet of services adaptable to their maturity levels with the aim of realising their own path towards I4.0. More updates soon!
